Use of Municipal Building

Due to federal and state orders given in response to COVID-19, the Town and Village of Eagle would jointly request all groups and entities that use the Municipal building for gatherings or meetings cease
until after the restrictions on gatherings is lifted.

Governments are exempt from the orders, therefore municipal boards may continue to hold meetings as deemed necessary. However non-governmental agencies using a governmental building probably do
not fall into the classification for exemption, therefore all groups and entities are temporarily being asked to discontinue use of the municipal building. The Municipal building is considered an emergency shelter, and in this time of COVID-19 precautions the Municipal building will still be used as such if an emergency arises. However for everyone’s safety and health, all routine gatherings or meetings shall be suspended until Governor Evers’ orders regarding gatherings is lifted.
Thank you for your understanding and your cooperation.

Richard Spurrell, Village of Eagle President.
