The Planning & Zoning Commission generally meets on the first Monday of the month beginning at 6:30 p.m. Applications to be heard by the Planning & Zoning Commission need to be submitted to the Town Planner, along with the applicable fee(s) as provided in the Land Development Fee Schedule along with the Professional Services Reimbursement Form, if applicable, no later than thirty (30) days prior to the next meeting.
To apply for a Zoning Permit, please follow the link “Interactive Zoning Code” (scroll down on this page). In the second column, click “Application Forms”. Locate and complete the applicable zoning permit application. Once you have completed the form, go to the third column and click “Submit an Application”. Select “Zoning Permit” and follow the step-by-step instructions. The Zoning Administrator will contact you once all the steps have been completed.
